You may pay for therapy or evaluation services using cash, check, credit, or debit card. Please contact us for fee information.

Credit or Debit Payments

You may pay with a credit or debit card by clicking the link below. It will take you to a secure on-line PayPal payment page. You do not need a PayPal account to pay on-line.

We accept all major credit cards.


Insurance

In Network: Dr. Giunta and Dr. Milne participate with Medicare and many CareFirst plans. If you plan to use your insurance, please discuss this with your psychologist before coming for the first appointment so payment requirements (such as co-pay, etc.) will be clear to all parties before your arrival.

Out of Network: For all insurance plans other than Medicare and CareFirst, Dr. Giunta and Dr. Milne are "out of network." We will provide you with a "super bill" that meets insurance company requirements for submission for out of network benefits. Please note that you will need to pay at the time service is rendered and submit for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

We are happy to provide you with a "super bill" to submit for reimbursement from your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account.
